By booking a tour with us, you confirm your acceptance and understanding, on behalf of yourself and your travel companions, of our terms and conditions. This agreement encompasses the details provided in the tour itinerary, forming a binding contract between you and Madagascar Natural Tours.

Confirmation of your booking will be sent to you in the form of an invoice, which also serves as confirmation of your chosen tour. To secure your reservation, a deposit of 40% of the total tour cost is required within 5 working days of receiving our agreement. Please note that the deposit payment can be made through direct bank transfer or Western Union/MoneyGram.

In the event of cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the departure date, a full refund will be issued, minus a $250 (per person) administrative fee and any non-refundable fees already paid (such as non-refundable airfare, cruise, or hotel deposits). Cancellations made 50-59 days before departure will result in a loss of 30% of the program price, while cancellations made 30-49 days prior to departure will incur a loss of 50% of the program price. Cancellations made 29 days or less before departure will result in a loss of 100% of the program price.

Please note that our tour quotes do not include airfare to and from the starting point of the trip, unless specifically stated in the itinerary. While we make every effort to secure hotel accommodations as per the itinerary, we cannot guarantee availability until bookings are confirmed. During peak seasons or for bookings made within 90 days of the tour date, we may need to provide suitable substitutes.

In order to proceed with the necessary arrangements, we kindly request your passport details. Additionally, we will provide you with our bank details for the deposit payment, while the remaining balance is to be settled in cash upon arrival. Please note that card payments are challenging in Madagascar due to excessive bank-imposed commissions.
