Day 1-Arrival in Antananarivo

Welcome to Antananarivo, the vibrant capital known as Tana! Your journey begins as you land at Ivato International Airport. A friendly representative will be waiting to greet you, arranging a smooth transfer to the esteemed San Cristobal Hotel.

 

Day 2 - From Tana to Ifaty

Embark on a morning flight from Antananarivo to Toliara, the southern gem of Madagascar. Upon arrival, your guide and driver await, escorting you on a scenic 30-minute drive to Ifaty village. Unpack your dreams at Vovotelo hotel and delve into an afternoon exploration of the Baobab Forest Reserve. With local expertise, spot the elusive Long-tailed Ground-Roller bird and other endemic lemurs.

 

Day 3 - Seaside Charms in Anakao

Today, set sail for Anakao village, a Vezo fishing haven. Traverse the seas on a one-hour boat ride, immersing yourself in the tranquility of this coastal gem. Lalandaka Hotel beckons for an overnight stay, surrounded by the unique biodiversity of Anakao.

 

Day 4 - Nosy Ve Excursion

Day 13 - Maromizaha Reserve

Maromizaha Forest, situated just next to Andasibe and it is a lesser-known gem offering a unique and immersive experience for nature enthusiasts.  Maromizaha is home to various lemur species, including the iconic Indri Indri, the largest living lemur. The forest's diverse ecosystem also supports other lemurs such as the Diademed Sifaka and Black-and-White Ruffed Lemur.

Day 14-Andasibe-Tana
